1. Subject
BIOS Lab sells digital resources for FiveM servers and builds web projects on commission. Purchasing a resource grants a personal, non-exclusive licence of use; the source code may not be resold, redistributed or shared.
2. Payment channels
Some resources are sold through the Tebex store, which handles the payment and the related documentation. The other resources and commissioned projects are paid through Stripe. Card details never pass through this site: they are collected directly by the payment provider.
3. Delivery
Resources with automatic delivery are available in the account area immediately after the payment is confirmed. Resources with manual delivery are delivered within the time stated on their page, using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
4. Updates and support
Customers who bought a resource always download its latest version. Support covers the operation of the resource as distributed and does not include custom changes, which are quoted separately.
5. Right of withdrawal
Since these are digital contents supplied on a non-tangible medium, by accepting at the time of purchase the customer consents to immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal, pursuant to article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code. Any malfunction must be reported within 14 days and will be fixed or refunded.
6. Commissioned projects
Custom projects start once the quote has been accepted and the stated deposit has been paid. The balance is due on delivery. Timing, scope and number of revisions are those set out in the accepted quote.
